On May 22, 2016, Mount Hope held its first-ever Love Feast, a Wesleyan tradition where members of the church offer their stories to encourage and support others. Three videos were shown in the service, each depicting a different story. Melanie Langley talks about the pressures of school, expectations, and struggling through illness in the face of it. Rich Dougherty shares deeply and passionately about the effects of addiction. And Janice and Arthur Duryea navigate the emotional waters of losing a loved one. Mount Hope celebrates the courage it took to share these stories, the faithfulness of our members who offer such witness, and we pray that these short videos inspire you to live lives of hope.
